Agnetha Faltskog

Agnetha faltskog is best known for her role as a Swedish soloist. She will forever be remembered for her role as a one of the original members of ABBA, the world's most popular and successful commercial pop group. After leaving school at 15 Agnetha began her singing in Bernt Enghardt's band soon gaining fans. Enghardt landed her a recording deal and soon made it to the high end of the Swedish charts by releasing her debut single. Bjorn became her spouse and they joined ABBA. For the next eight years, 'ABBA' was one of the best-performing pop acts in the world with several platinum and gold awards around the globe. After ABBA was released, she had three albums including 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me', 'Eyes of a Woman' and 'I Stand Alone'. All having enjoyed great acclaim in Sweden and grew in popularity across Europe as well but didn't make it to the top of charts in the U.S. As the '80s wound to a close and she entered into an unofficial retirement. In the '80s, ABBA's music was the topic of a jukebox musical called 'Mamma Mia!'. In the U.K."My Coloring Book" has reached the top spot at eleven. Her latest album A was popular.
